Van Lanschot Kempen to return capital of €0.80 per share on 25 June 2026

On 25 June 2026, Van Lanschot Kempen will return the previously announced amount of €0.80 per Class A share in issue to its shareholders (approximately €34 million in total). 

Shareholders approved this capital return at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 9 April 2026. On 15 June 2026, the statutory two-month opposition period expired. No objections were filed, and the payment date of the capital return has therefore been set at 25 June 2026. 

The capital return will be charged to the share premium reserve available for distribution. The total number of outstanding shares will remain unchanged.
