Van Lanschot Kempen proposes to appoint François de Borchgrave to the Supervisory Board
Van Lanschot Kempen nominates François de Borchgrave for appointment as a member of its Supervisory Board.
This proposal will be submitted to shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), to be held at a later date. The regulators have approved the proposed appointment.
François de Borchgrave is founder and managing partner of KOIS, an international Brussels-based impact private equity firm focused on investing in companies with social and environmental impact. He has held and holds positions at several companies in the KOIS portfolio and at non-profit organisations. Earlier in his career, he founded an internet startup for business services and worked in the telecom and technology sectors.
Frans Blom, Chair of the Supervisory Board, said: “François brings extensive international experience in private equity and impact investing, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Belgian wealth management market. Combined with his entrepreneurial background, this positions him to make a valuable contribution to Van Lanschot Kempen, and we look forward to benefiting from his expertise and perspectives.”
The notice convening the EGM and the agenda with explanatory notes will be made available on the Van Lanschot Kempen website under Shareholders' meetings.
