Van Lanschot Kempen nominates Saul van Beurden as Member of the Supervisory Board

Van Lanschot Kempen has nominated Saul van Beurden for appointment as a member of the Supervisory Board. In connection with this nomination, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held in ’s-Hertogenbosch on 30 November 2026 at 3:00 pm. De Nederlandsche Bank has approved the proposed appointment.

Saul van Beurden has more than 30 years of experience in technology, operations, data and AI at major international financial institutions. He is currently Co-CEO of Consumer Banking & Lending and Head of AI at Wells Fargo & Co. He previously held various senior management positions at Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase.
