Van Lanschot Kempen: Increase in share buy-back programme

And Progress Update August 22, 2017 - August 28, 2017

On August 29, 2017, Van Lanschot Kempen will increase its share buyback program by 150,000 own shares (certificates of ordinary shares A). This brings the total number of shares to be repurchased under the buyback program to a maximum of 300,000. 

The buyback program is being conducted to cover the issuance of share certificates to employees as part of the existing compensation policy and share plan. Based on the closing price on Monday, August 28, 2017, the buyback program, including the increase, has a total value of up to €7.7 million. The buyback program will end on the day before the publication of the 2017 annual results or earlier if the maximum number of shares has been repurchased. 

From August 22, 2017, to August 28, 2017, Van Lanschot Kempen has repurchased 18,500 own shares. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €25.75 per share for a total amount of €476,413. In total, 102,630 own shares have been repurchased under the buyback program. 

Van Lanschot Kempen has mandated ING to execute the buyback program, and ING makes its trading decisions independently of Van Lanschot Kempen.
