Van Lanschot Kempen completes acquisition of Wilton Family Office

Van Lanschot Kempen has completed the acquisition of Wilton Family Office. As announced on 21 July 2025, this further strengthens Van Lanschot Kempen’s position in the higher segment of private banking. Wilton, in turn, opts for future-proofing and continued growth as part of a specialist, independent wealth manager. 

The acquisition, which has been paid entirely in cash, results in a negative impact of approximately a quarter percentage point on Van Lanschot Kempen’s capital ratio. 

With this completion, Wilton’s clients and employees become part of Van Lanschot Kempen. This will give clients access to the full range of products and services offered by the wealth manager.
