Kempen gave best equity advice in 2020

The investment advice from Kempen & Co proved to be the most valuable for investors in 2020. This is according to the annual analyst survey conducted by the Gerritsen brothers, Dirk and Willem (University of Utrecht). 

Investors who followed the analysts' advice exactly in 2020 performed significantly better than the market. Kempen & Co takes a significant lead in the Gerritsen brothers' rankings. By following Kempen's advice, investors fared the best last year. 

In the accompanying table published in Het Financieele Dagblad, Kempen & Co ranks at the top with a 56 percent return on a portfolio with a long position on stocks with a buy recommendation and a short position on hold and sell recommendations.
